Presentation Guidelines
All participants are requested to give an oral or virtual presentation in English based on their papers. Each presentation lasts 15 minutes, including 2-3 minutes for Q&A. We will provide a laptop and other equipment for the presentation. Presenters should get their PPT prepared before the conference.
Oral Presentation (Onsite):
Please bring your presentation file (PPT/PDF) on a USB drive. It is recommended to copy your file to the conference laptop during the break before your session starts.
Virtual / Video Presentation:
For virtual participants, pre-recorded video presentations are acceptable if you cannot present live via Zoom.
- All files must be in MP4 Format, Resolution = maximum 720p HD.
- It is recommended that the video files are <1 Mbps bit rate for optimum playback experience. To check the bit rate, right-click on the file name, click on properties, go to the details tab, and look for total bitrate. Total file size should not exceed 100 MB.
- Reminder: Presentations should be prepared to be roughly 15 minutes long. Keep your time frame in mind when preparing the length of your video.
