ICTEA 2026 International Conference
International Conference on Technology and Environmental Advancement (ICTEA)
Technology and Innovation for Environmental Advancement and Sustainable Development

Introduction
The International Conference on Technology and Environmental Advancement (ICTEA) 2026 is an international scientific conference organized by Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia, in collaboration with the STEM Educational Center, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia, and the Computer Science and Science Educational Center, Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, Türkiye. ICTEA 2026 marks the first edition of this international conference and is established as a global academic platform dedicated to advancing research and innovation in environmental systems and technology-driven solutions.
ICTEA 2026 will be conducted as a Hybrid International Conference, allowing participants to attend either onsite or virtually. The conference highlights the integration of scientific research, technological innovation, and sustainable practices to address complex environmental challenges at local, regional, and global scales. The theme of the conference is “Technology and Innovation for Environmental Advancement and Sustainable Development.”
This conference aims to bring together researchers, academics, professionals, postgraduate students, policymakers, and industry practitioners from around the world to share theoretical insights, methodological advancements, and applied research findings. ICTEA focuses on two major thematic areas: Environmental Systems, Assessment and Sustainability, which includes global environmental change, ecosystem management, environmental assessment and remediation, environmental health risk analysis, integrated water resource management, sustainable urbanization, and environmental governance; and Environmental Technology and Green Innovation, covering environmental monitoring and data analytics, satellite and remote sensing applications, pollution modelling and control, bioremediation technologies, microplastic degradation, low-carbon and circular economy innovations, green technologies, and sustainable built-environment systems.
We invite scientists, engineers, scholars, and practitioners worldwide to present their ongoing research and practical innovations. ICTEA provides a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue, knowledge exchange, and the development of collaborative research partnerships. Authors are encouraged to submit original research papers for oral and virtual presentations that contribute to scientific advancement and technological innovation in environmental sustainability.
