Presentation Guidelines<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All participants are requested to give an oral or virtual presentation<\/strong> in English based on their papers. Each presentation lasts 15 minutes, including 2-3 minutes for Q&A. We will provide a laptop and other equipment for the presentation. Presenters should get their PPT prepared before the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oral Presentation (Onsite):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please bring your presentation file (PPT\/PDF) on a USB drive. It is recommended to copy your file to the conference laptop during the break before your session starts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Virtual \/ Video Presentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For virtual participants, pre-recorded video presentations are acceptable if you cannot present live via Zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • All files must be in MP4 Format<\/strong>, Resolution = maximum 720p HD<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • It is recommended that the video files are <1 Mbps bit rate<\/strong> for optimum playback experience. To check the bit rate, right-click on the file name, click on properties, go to the details tab, and look for total bitrate. Total file size should not exceed 100 MB<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reminder:<\/strong> Presentations should be prepared to be roughly 15 minutes long<\/strong>. Keep your time frame in mind when preparing the length of your video.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
